Bansuri Recording for Documentary

I had the wonderful pleasure of recording these beautiful flutes for a new documentary about child marriage and education in India. The film takes place in the city of Vrindavan, which is associated with the god of Shiva - who's instrument was the Bansuri Flute. These breathy tones harken back to an ancient time, like the city itself.
